Leadership team
Five days for a leadership team that has to decide: three on site, two of follow-up, two seats, €15,000 excluding tax. Not a line of code — the work is what a leader actually spends the day doing.
Who it is for
For a leadership team that has to decide, not to code. Board members, executives, division heads: people whose day is made of memos to read, committees to prepare, vendor decisions to work through and calls to make.
Two seats, because the track runs on the real files of the two people in the room. Going to three or four seats is possible, but it gets settled after the framing session, when the programme is written and it is clear who has to be there — never announced up front in a proposal.
The format
Five days: three on site, then two follow-up days. The three on-site days are held within a month so the momentum holds, and each one leaves an artifact behind it.
The follow-up is placed within two months of the last on-site day. After that the momentum has gone and the sessions turn back into a conversation. €15,000 excluding tax for the whole thing, editor licenses and travel outside it.
What it is not
It is not an awareness conference. A board that watches a demo for two hours walks out convinced and changes nothing about its week.
It is not a prompt catalogue either: a list of formulas copied into a shared document ages in three months and teaches nobody anything.
And it is not a lighter technical track. Nobody writes code, during or after: the subject is what a leader reads, decides and signs.
What is left after the track
A usage charter, written and owned by the leadership: what may be handed to an external tool, what never leaves the company, and when a human review is mandatory before anything is circulated.
Alongside it, the access split decided with you, the methods worked through during the days, and a written report with the slide deck, delivered within five days.
What it includes
- 5 days in total, 3 of them on site, held within a month so the momentum holds
- 2 seats, on your own documents and your own files
- Not a line of code: the programme is about how a leader spends the day
- Framing session and short interviews before day 1, programme written after the diagnosis
- 2 follow-up days, placed within 2 months of the last on-site day
- Usage charter and access split decided with you
- AI literacy module (Article 4 of regulation 2024/1689), as a working framework
- Written report and slide deck delivered within 5 days
- Editor licenses (Cursor, Claude…) and travel sit outside the package
The Monday after
Prepare a board meeting in an hour instead of an evening, from your own documents.
Read a thirty-page memo and come out with the decisions it actually calls for.
Prepare a vendor decision: the questions to ask, the answers to cross-check.
Set the company usage charter, and be able to defend it in front of the teams.
Know what is never handed to an external tool, and be able to say why.
How we work
Before day 1, we look at where your hours go
A framing session with you and a few short interviews to spot what genuinely costs time in a leadership week: preparing committees, reading long memos, working through decisions, calls left pending. The programme is written after that diagnosis, not before.
Three on-site days, on your own files
Your memos, your reports, your live files. Nothing is demonstrated on a textbook case, so what comes out of the sessions is reusable as-is the next day. The three days are held within a month, and each one leaves an artifact behind it.
The usage charter is written during the track
Which uses are allowed and which are not, which data never gets pasted anywhere, when a human review is mandatory, and who carries responsibility for what leaves the company. The document is finished with you and goes out signed by the leadership.
Two follow-up days, within two months
The two remaining days are placed within two months of the last on-site day. They pick up whatever is on the desk that week, and check that the method holds once we are no longer in the room.
Price, billing and what sits outside
€15,000 excluding tax, a fixed package for one cohort of two seats and five days. Billing is split in two equal halves: 50% at signature, 50% on the last day.
Two things sit outside the package: the editor licenses (Cursor, Claude and the rest), taken out in your own name and yours to keep, and travel costs for the on-site days. Access to the tools is needed during the days themselves, since the work runs on real material.
Going to three or four seats is decided after the framing session, against how the team actually works. It is never priced up front.
AI literacy and the AI Act
Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of European regulation 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence requires providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures ensuring a sufficient level of AI literacy among the people who use those systems on their behalf. The text sets no programme, no duration and no level to reach: it is an obligation of means, to be sized against how the company actually uses these tools.
This is the track where the subject weighs most, because the leadership is the body that owns it: which uses are allowed, which data never leaves, when a human review is mandatory, and who answers for what goes out. It ends with the usage charter, written with you.
We cite the regulation as a working framework. This is not legal advice and does not replace your own counsel.
The other tracks
For developers and ops, on your own repository.
For the people who carry the files, on real working material.
Frequently asked questions
Who is the leadership track for?
Executives and members of the leadership team: people who read, weigh things up and sign, and whose day is made of long memos, committees to prepare and decisions to work through. Not a line of code is written during the track, and none is expected afterwards.
How much does the leadership track cost?
€15,000 excluding tax, a fixed package for one cohort of two seats and five days. Billing is split in two equal halves: 50% at signature, 50% on the last day. Editor licenses and travel costs sit outside the package.
How are the five days split?
Three days on site, held within a month so the momentum holds, then two follow-up days. The follow-up is placed within two months of the last on-site day: after that the momentum has gone and the sessions turn back into a conversation.
Why only two seats?
Because the track runs on the real files of the people in the room, and beyond that the facilitator can no longer unblock each of them on their own. Going to three or four seats is possible, but it gets settled after the framing session, against how the team actually works, and never up front in the proposal.
How does this differ from the other two tracks?
This one runs over five days for two seats and works on how a leader spends the day. The technical track runs over eight days for four to six seats, on your own repository, at €25,000 excluding tax. The middle management and business track takes that same format and runs it on files rather than on code, at €29,000 excluding tax.
What is left once the track ends?
The company usage charter, written during the track and owned by the leadership, the access split, a written report and the slide deck delivered within five days, and the methods worked through during the days. The tool does not do the job: judgement, trade-offs and the signature stay human.
