Scale Me Now SAS, 66 avenue de Villiers, 75017 Paris, France (RCS Paris 913 948 063), is the controller for the personal data collected on this site, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. Contact: contact@scalemenow.com.
We collect only: the data you send through the contact form (first name, last name, company, email, message); technical hosting logs (IP address, pages viewed, timestamp), kept for security purposes; analytics data through Google Analytics 4, only if you consent to it. No special-category data is collected.
Your data is used to answer your enquiry (pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest), to keep the site secure (legitimate interest) and to measure traffic (consent, which you can withdraw at any time). It is never sold, rented, or used for unsolicited marketing.
The site uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. Under Consent Mode v2, no analytics cookie is set until you have given consent through the banner. You can decline or withdraw your consent at any time without any effect on your browsing.
Your data is accessible only to authorised staff of Scale Me Now SAS and to our technical processors: Amazon Web Services (hosting, CloudFront and S3, Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Luxembourg) and Google (analytics, only with your consent). Each processor is bound by contractual data-protection commitments.
Data is hosted in the European Union. Where a transfer to a third country takes place (in particular to the United States for Google), it is covered by appropriate safeguards: an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Contact enquiries are kept for at most 24 months after the last exchange, unless a contract is running. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Technical logs are kept for at most 12 months.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise it, write to contact@scalemenow.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Traffic to and from this site is encrypted (TLS). Data is hosted on secured AWS infrastructure, with access restricted to authorised people only.
